take these steps

credit bureaus

Transunion to advise that
you think you are the victim of
identity theft.

to file a report.

victim of identity theft.

Commission
(FTC) at toll free number to
enter your information into the
fraud database. This is a free
reporting system that may aide
you in preventing further fraud.
STEP 5:
Contact Social Security
Administration to ensure that no
recent unauthorized requests
have been made of your
information. Additionally,
advise that you think you have
been the victim of identity
theft so that a flag may be
